Dual Metal Wear Resistant Composite SteelPlateshavebeen widely used in heavy industries which also provide the wear- resistant protetion against wear failure of equipments and work-piece,tremendously improved the life span of equipments and work- piece,they've made very big contribution on improving productivity and lowering cost to corporation.
The wear resistant layer and the base layer of composite steel plates are combined into one,the thickness of wear resistant layer is even and has smooth surface;the smoothness of whole steel plate is very close to ordinary carbon steel plate.The wear resistant surface has stress energy released micro cracks,these cracks are only existed on the wear resistant surface,not extended to the base layer.The stress released micro cracks can reduce baselayer produced residual stress and deformation in surfacing wielding procedure,and thus avoiding lowering the strength of base layer,no influence on usability of wear resistant plate.Wear resistant layer consists of high-carbon high-chro-mium alloy,according to different clients'requests andconditions of use.High-temperature wear resistant plate contains Mo,W,V,B,Nb,Ti,and other alloying elements.Wear resistant layer's metallographic phase provides eutectic+M7C3 primary carbide or complex carbide,the layer can bear room temperature,high temperature,strong impact,medium impact and high wear property of low stress impact.
